These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wnxora mobile application (the "App") and the services provided through it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wnxora ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Marketplace Role

Wnxora operates as a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors and sellers. We do not own, manufacture, or inspect the products listed by vendors. The contract of sale for any product is between you and the vendor.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes and delivery charges as indicated at checkout.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted once the vendor confirms the order.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for issues arising from these providers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by vendors or delivery partners and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual vendor and applicable law. Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Post false, misleading, offensive, or infringing content, including reviews.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the Service.

8. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the App are the property of Wnxora or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that products listed by vendors meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wnxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from products purchased through vendors on the marketplace.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wnxora, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wnxora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
